1. Can I book tickets through Escape From 9to5 without having to use the internet?

2. Can I book return tickets also?
Yes, you can book return tickets wherever they are available.
3. What are the modes of payment?

4. How can I get my tickets online?
After completion of your transaction you can directly print your tickets from "Print Ticket" link provided on the "Booking confirmation" page. Kindly carry along the print out of the ticket, along with the photo identity proof. Your id should have the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net.
5. Can I buy tickets online with my credit/debit card for someone else?
Yes, as long as you provide the valid data of the credit card, you can buy tickets for any other person. There is no requirement for the credit card to be produced while boarding the bus. The passenger should submit the e-ticket along with photo identity proof showing the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net.
6. Do I need to register to book online?
No. You can directly book your ticket through our website.
7. Do I have to pay a booking fee?
No, there is no extra charge for booking through
8. Can I Cancel/Transfer my e-Ticket?
A cancellation fee of INR 500/- will be applicable if the ticket is cancelled. On cancellation, charges levied can be upto 100% depending on the service provider. Please check with our Customer help desk for the exact cancellation rules on the ticket you have purchased. You cannot transfer your tickets. 9. Will I be eligible for any refunds if I miss the flight?

11. I have lost my ticket printout. How can I retrieve my booking?
Simply click on the Cancel/Modify link on the top of the home page. Enter your PNR Number, First Name and Date of Journey in the pop up that appears.That's all, your ticket is ready for printing out.
